Frequently Asked Questions

We offer end-to-end solutions for the marine and industrial sectors, including custom yacht design, high-precision CNC modeling, fiberglass mold manufacturing, engineering calculations, technical consulting, and 3D model scanning.

Our facility has three different CNC machining lines with lengths of 4 meters, 16 meters, and 18 meters, capable of meeting diverse needs. This allows us to serve a wide range of projects, from small parts to massive yacht hulls.

Depending on the project requirements, we can perform modeling using various industrial materials, primarily high-density polyurethane blocks (block foam), wood derivatives, and machinable panels suitable for composite processing.

Sea Marine is both a design office and a manufacturing center. We create your dream design digitally, perform engineering calculations, and then produce a physical model or mold using our CNC machines before delivering it to you.

Yes. With our Model Scanning service, we can scan your existing boat or any part of it using laser/optical devices and transfer it to a digital format with millimeter precision. We can then make revisions based on this digital data and produce new models.

Thanks to our advanced CAD/CAM infrastructure, we work with millimeter precision in our production processes. We guarantee flawless joining and smooth surfaces, even on complex shapes and large-scale surfaces.

First, the “male” or “female” model of the project is precisely machined on a CNC machine. Then, surface preparation is carried out, and long-lasting fiberglass molds suitable for mass production are obtained using high-strength composite materials.

Delivery time varies depending on the scale of the project (e.g., whether it’s 4m or 18m), the level of detail, and any additional services requested (engineering, formwork, etc.). However, we optimize processes with our rapid revision capability.

In our yacht designs, we perform all technical calculations that directly affect the boat’s performance and safety at sea, such as hydrostatic stability, resistance analyses, center of gravity calculations, and structural strength analyses.

Of course. You can send us your own CAD data (in IGES, STEP, Rhino, etc. formats). After our team processes the data through a “manufacturing capability analysis,” we can proceed directly to the CNC production stage.

During the design phase, we present our client with 3D visualizations (renders) and technical drawings. We exchange views at every stage, continuing the revision process until the client fully approves their envisioned form.

Although our main expertise is in the marine sector, we leverage our CNC capabilities and engineering knowledge to serve all industrial sectors requiring large-scale modeling, such as automotive, defense, and architecture.

Once production is complete, the models are secured with special support structures to maintain their precision and shipped to the shipyard or factory according to professional logistics standards.

Our molds, obtained from precision-machined models using CNC technology, possess high surface quality and thermal resistance. Thanks to their deformation-reinforced structure, they can be used repeatedly in mass production with high efficiency.

If you have an old mold or part that doesn’t have digital data, we scan it and digitize it. This allows you to make improvements to the part, reproduce it on a CNC machine, or create a digital archive.

Yes. Because project data is managed digitally, we can respond to requests from all over the world. We also safely ship the produced models to the desired location with professional logistics support.

Having design, engineering, and manufacturing under one roof reduces the risk of errors and eliminates logistics and communication costs in intermediate processes. With our principle of “producing right the first time,” we offer our customers the most efficient budget management.

Because we combine designer aesthetics with manufacturing discipline. With our capacity to process single pieces up to 18 meters, our engineering strength, and our “zero defect” principle, we bring your project to life without taking any risks.
